Hello! I'm Mary Catherine.

...but my friends call me MC. I'm a wedding videographer based in Atlanta, GA! I love to travel, watch reality TV while scrolling Pinterest, watercolor paint, and, of course, make films! The power of video has captivated me since I was young. I remember watching my parents' wedding ceremony on VHS and thinking how special it was to have that moment in time immortalized forever.

I got married to the love of my life, Matt, in 2022. He's often my second shooter and always my biggest supporter! I know firsthand how exciting planning a wedding with your very favorite person can be but also how stressful and exhausting it gets. My goal is to make you feel truly cared for, celebrated, and comfortable from our very first conversation until the day your videos get delivered!

The primary mission of my business is to make couples their dream wedding videos and to have a blast while doing it! I love getting to know your personalities and what you value most. That way I'm able to seamlessly fit into your day and capture all the moments that reflect you as people and your love story! My goal is to make everyone I'm filming feel at ease and to contribute to the joy & warmth that a wedding day should be filled with.

Kinzley and Jake had to wait months to celebrate their marriage due to hurricane Helene. when the day finally came, their loved ones came together to make it the most joyous, special day! I shot the whole thing on Super 8 and just love the way the fun moments & gorgeous details showed up on film 🎞️🤍 Here’s to the Martins!

hi everyone 👋🏼

As I enter my fourth year in business, I figured it was a great time to reintroduce myself! I’m Mary Catherine (but you can call me MC). Here are some fun facts so you can get to know a little more about the person behind the camera:

1. Before I started doing wedding videography, I managed a bridal shop, which was such a blast and made me fall in love with the wedding industry 🕊️

2. I married the love of my life, Matt, in May 2022! We met at a summer camp where I was the video intern & he was the sound intern. Who knew we’d own a media company together four years later? He’s often my second shooter and always my biggest supporter 🤍

3. I absolutely love to travel ✈️ Japan is my favorite place I’ve been, but I’ve also traveled to Italy, Portugal, Mexico, and all over the U.S.!

4. I see my business as a hospitality business more than anything else. Yes, I’m creating art, but more than that, I’m there to serve my couples. It’s an honor to be one of the people you spend the most time with on your wedding day, and I aim to make it the most joyful, laid-back, and comfortable experience possible. Beyond that, my focus when crafting videos is to make sure they feel authentic to my couples’ personalities and their day.

5. My favorite parts of a wedding day to film are:
* First looks (with spouse, family, and/or bridal party)
* The celebratory “OMG, we’re married!” moments right after the ceremony
* The dance floor, duh!
* Sweet, candid moments between the couple and their loved ones

6. If you’re one of my past or upcoming couples, I want you to know just how grateful I am for the trust you’ve placed in me to capture your love story. This is truly my dream job and it wouldn’t be possible without you 🥹 I know weddings are a huge investment of time, money, and emotions, so I feel deeply thankful for everyone who chooses to make me a part of theirs!
